SEDRO-WOOLLEY — The city of Sedro-Woolley faces another legal challenge over a storage business owner’s request to allow tenants to grow medical marijuana plants in their units.
Thomas Swett, who owns A1 Heated Storage, is suing the city again for denying him due process — but this time, he has upped the stakes. He wants his conditional-use permit approved and his legal fees reimbursed, along with as much money as a judge thinks makes up for violating his rights.
