United General Hospital sponsors the Inside Track Mall Walk at the Cascade Mall in Burlington for people of all ages and abilities who want a safe, comfortable environment in which to walk for fitness. Free blood pressure checks are available every Mondays, 7:00-10:00 a.m. at the east entrance of the mall; the mall is open to walkers every morning, 7:00-10:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
