As he declared himself guilty and cursed at the judge, the man accused of killing six people and wounding four more appeared in court Tuesday for a second time since his arrest on Sept. 2.

“Guilty, guilty, guilty, guilty,” Isaac L. Zamora said over and over as he entered Skagit County Superior Court.

Well well well. Keith Tyne, do the right thing.  He pleaded guilty and it’s pretty apparent he is.  Killed 6 people you know. Let him plead guilty as he already did.  Save the taxpayer big money and let the families of 6 dead bring an end to this.  This “mental” crap is just that.  Hey Tyne what were his first words when he was pulled out of the car by the cops?  You want to tell everyone or me?  Let the people know he did’t pull into the Sheriff’s office to surrender did he.  By a stroke of luck a Trooper used a PIT to put the car in the Sheriff’s parking lot. He wasn’t going there until he was forced there.  Hey Keith, tell the people just what he did when he found out he was cornered.

Tyne the people in this county are watching you!

You tell us Hippie....I think I’ve heard the same thing.  Pretty calculating for a “mentally ill person”

I’ve known some shrewd mentally ill people. Calculating is what some folks do best, mentally ill or otherwise. Mentally ill doesn’t imply stupitity.

I’d like to see an investigation into the actions of law enforcement on their actions of 2 Sept. 2008 and in particular the decision to allow Zamora to drive to the jail rather than be forced off the road.  What if he… you know, instead turned one street later than the jail, jumped out of his truck and started taking hostages or shooting people?!?  Or went a bit farther west and held up the Bank of America?  Or took over city hall?

Gosh, was the MVPD alerted?  I’ve been in downtown MV and one thing missing is police.

This just raises serious questions.

Where was the second officer at Silver Creek? I never did hear much about what he was doing.

The way I understood it the suspect was gone when they arrived, they got the info and assuming that was the end of it, they were no longer needed.  Deputy Jackson went to speak to another witness or complainant and the other officer went on to the next thing.  Or something along those lines.  With no apparent immediate threat, the other officer is in no way to blame for what happened to Deputy Jackson.  Isaac Zamora is to blame.  Especially if he knew Deputy Jackson, and knew her to be helpful and friendly.  He chose to ambush her.  There is no excuse for his actions.

Excuse me noodles. I wasn’t placing any blame for anything on any other officers, and apparently you don’t know any more about what happened there than I do.

I never said or implied Zamora was stupid.  A calculating mentally ill person = sociopath

We all know he’s guilty.
He has ruined many lives.
If I could, I would pull the switch myself, let him burn in hell.

I wish every time this nutbar made noise, he’d be gaveled into silence.
Otherwise I should go to one of these things and say,
“YEAH, YOU MURDERER, YOU GET THIS.  IT’S CALLED HELL.”

I’m sure his defense attorney is glad Zamora’s making his case for him.

Why are we allowing this case to cost so much?  Why is it expected to be such an impact on our county’s budget?  Victims, the ones that survived, saw him kill.  He said he killed. What is there to investigate? Court date-guilty-death penalty imposed-bury his body… How does that cost millions?

Simple. This is Skagit County.

I think the blame of the cost of this goes to the activist of past years that gave all the criminals of the USA “rights” as a way to fatten their wallets by dragging trials out FOREVER.

And yes, the two deputies answered the call and Zamora was believed to be out of the area. Jackson went to Rose’s residence to take his report of Zamora trespassing.
