SEDRO-WOOLLEY — Gang activity is starting to spill upriver, and Sedro-Woolley officials are spreading the word.

About 100 parents, students and community members gathered Wednesday at City Hall for a gang awareness meeting organized by the Sedro-Woolley Police Department and Sedro-Woolley School District.
