BELLINGHAM — Police Wednesday night arrested the man they allege killed a Bow man during a roadside confrontation May 11 in Bellingham’s York neighborhood.

A Bellingham Herald article printed while Collier was sought stated that he had an “extensive criminal history”.  Does anyone have any info on this guy?
