In an attempt to put an end to the confusion and possible unfairness with moorage rates at the Cap Sante Boat Haven, the Port of Anacortes commission voted June 19 to change how the rates are calculated.

Rates will go down for some users such as those running charter boats out of the marina, while those using prime visibility slips will pay more with the new rate structure.
