Runway repairs

While Runway 14/32 at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island is closed for repairs through July 10, planes can only take off and land heading either east or west. This means that landing approaches and departures will be over western Skagit County, Mount Vernon, La Conner, northern Island County and Lopez Island more often than normal.
