MOUNT VERNON — A 19-year-old Mount Vernon man has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison for a drive-by shooting last spring.

Andres R. Rosas-Villalba pleaded guilty in Skagit County Superior Court to two counts of second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and three counts of theft of a firearm stemming from a March 6 drive-by shooting.

Probably not.  They’ll turn him loose at the completion of his sentence and make him promise to attend a deportation hearing three years in the future.

at the end of his last day in jail.. have 2 ICE agens waiting for him and escort his butt over to the airport for a one way trip back to where he belongs…
