Two vacancies on the Sedro-Woolley planning commission have been filled.

Mayor Mike Anderson appointed Terry L. Carter Sr. and Tom Peterson to the planning commission in July.

Peterson is filling the vacancy of former planning commissioner Chris Bulcroft who resigned from the commission in June. Bulcroft’s term lasts until 2012.

Carter is replacing former planning commissioner Kevin Loy who left in February. Loy’s term runs until 2009.

Unlike other planning departments, the city’s planning commissioners do not have direct say on specific projects.
