Well, earlier you said of the issue “Welp the Fan/Fred failed because the Dems block legislation to correct the probblems” - BUT, now knowing and understanding that the proposed regulations did not pass in 2005, which was during total Republican control of the U.S. government, would you care to adjust your assertion?
