Only in your mind… Are the RR track getting tooo heavey on your sholders?  I had more cpts loose their command then Carter has Liver pills.. Just be cause of one lable cost them their command...Can you guess what that lable was.. if you can/ I think not.

I spent more than 20 years on active duty - SSG (E-6) to OCS and retired as a major. Was a squad leader, platoon sergeant and commanded several companies. Sarge’s statement that officers lost their commands due to their political “labels” is just plain bs. I suppose I could see it happening in the guard or reserves, but that would be a HUGE stretch. “Sarge” is certainly not representative of the many fine NCOs I served with, both as an NCO and officer, during my career. In fact, by his rhetoric, I would deem him an embarrasment. Glad I spent my time in infantry and armor units and didn’t have to serve with him.

You refer to a political labels.. I wasn’t...I did my job.. My job was to insure that the units comform to ARADCOM requirement..if not so be it.. I was in Armor as a Cave Scout.. ..did my time and serve with the best duck Hunter in the world..bar none.. Our job was to cover your AZZS from hostile Aircrafe.. and your valuable ammo..  go stick in your DAT mouth and smoke it…
