The city of Sedro-Woolley will hold an informational open house to discuss the design and construction of the proposed Highway 20/North Skagit Roundabout Project.

The event will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 7 at City Hall.

What is the point of this? I dont see any reason to put a roundabout there. Just more waste of money that could be used towards something else.

I think it would be wise for S-W to invest more in traffic, less in trash.  (But hiring an independent consultant is a wise move).

I have to say the Hwy 20-Cook Road-Hwy 9 and the Hwy 20-Food Pavilion intersections are just a bottleneck.  That needs fixing too.  The taxi drivers I ride w/ and I share a deep derision for those intersections between like 3 PM and 5:30 PM.

What has happened to common sense? Oh thats right, our city council hasn’t any!
