PORT ANGELES (AP) — U.S. Border Patrol officials say a new station in Port Angeles will include maritime and air protection for the sea border between Washington state and Canada.

Deputy Chief Patrol Agent Joseph Giuliano says the air and marine patrols will cover the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the San Juan Islands.
