Linda Aufrecht, formerly of the Greater Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, has been named the Burlington Chamber of Commerce’s new president/CEO.
Aufrecht will begin her duties on Oct. 6. She previously served as the membership and communications manager for the Edmonds chamber.
“Ms. Aufrecht brings extensive experience in the areas of business building, economic development, networking, marketing and motivation,” said Greg Reed, chairman of the Burlington Chamber Board of Directors, in a release. “We are fortunate to have found someone with such skills in such a short time recruiting.”
Aufrecht takes over the position held by former Burlington Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Dick Irwin, who retired earlier this year.
