SEDRO-WOOLLEY — A 27-year-old man from Southwest Washington was taken to the hospital with injuries then arrested after he led law enforcement through Sedro-Woolley and crashed into a power pole Thursday night, according to the State Patrol.
The man was driving a 1995 Lincoln at about 11 p.m. from a convenient store on Highway 20 and Highway 9. He led a trooper through the city streets of Sedro-Woolley. He hit a power pole and a business on State and Reed streets. He then continued westbound on State Street until he stopped on the railroad tracks at State Street and Eastern Avenue, according to the State Patrol.
He was taken to the United General Hospital, then arrested, according to the State Patrol.
Troopers said the man is from the small community of Randle, in Lewis County.
