CONCRETE — Connie Lynne Claybo and Peter Lawrence Fisher announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Conrad and Lucille Claybo of Concrete.

The groom-to-be is the son of Patricia and the late Wilbur “Wib†Fisher of Josephine, Pa.

Claybo is director of Business Operations and Human Resources for Grays Harbor Radio Group in Aberdeen.

Fisher is employed by Cramer Concrete Walls in Clymer, Pa.

The couple are planning a Sept. 20, 2008, wedding at the Chapel of Hope in Blacklick, Pa.
