David Moseley, the chief of Washington State Ferries, will hold four meetings for ferry communities in Skagit and Island counties to reach out to customers and businesses affected by the state agency.
The first meeting will be on the inter-island ferry, which serves San Juan County, from 2:15 to 4:14 p.m. Thursday. The ferry departs Friday Harbor at 2:15 p.m.; Orcas Island, 3:05 p.m.; Shaw Island, 3:20 p.m.; and Lopez Island, 3:45 p.m.
Moseley will speak to the Anacortes Rotary Club from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Masonic Hall at 1019 8th St.
The meeting is open to the public and lunch costs $11; however, the public is welcome to attend without eating. Moseley’s presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Moseley also will hold a meeting for the Keystone-Port Townsend community from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Pope Marine Building, 100 Madison St., Port Townsend.
The Mukilteo-Clinton community meeting will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Clinton Community Hall, 6411 Central Ave.
