BURLINGTON — Work crews will close the right lane of northbound Interstate 5 in Burlington to continue improvements to the Highway 20 interchange at exit 230.
The work is part of an ongoing construction project to widen Highway 20 between Memorial Highway and I-5 and improve the interchange.
The right lane will be closed near the interchange from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night from July 28 through July 31. The on-and-off ramps will remain open.
Crews will begin to widen the road near the interchange to improve the northbound on-and-off ramps. More closures and detours are expected throughout the course of the project.
