Thanks to Rotary for books
Friends of Welcome Baby wishes to thank the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club for their generous donation of books for the Welcome Baby Book Cart at the Sedro-Woolley Public Library.
The Book Cart provides a lending library of books for infants and young children. Families who live out of the city limits and do not have a library card can borrow books from the cart for free.
Encouraging families to read to their children is one of our goals at Welcome Baby. Great support and wonderful cooperation from the Sedro-Woolley Public Library and Rotary really makes “community” happen!
Thank you, Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club, for your gift of books!

Cheers for Rotary clubs
Kudos to the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club members who traveled a difficult route to the remote Guatemalan village to bring much needed help in the form of more efficient stoves to all 64 families as well as quilts for the 10 widows of the village. What an inspiring story of caring and concerned people in the Sedro-Woolley community!
Rotary Clubs are known throughout the world for their deeds, but we often don’t hear about all they do.
