Oct. 26

12:38 p.m. Mount Vernon Police officers received a report that a sweater was stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of N. 26th Street. Entry was gained through an open window.

Oct. 28

4:30 p.m. Video game consoles and games valued at $500 were taken in the 1100 block of S. 25th Street. Entry was gained through an open window.

Oct. 29

1:16 p.m. The lock on a door of a 2002 Ford Explorer in the 1400 block of E. Kincaid Street was damaged. Nothing appeared to be missing.

7:34 p.m. A TV and jewelry items were stolen in the 4900 block of Monte Vista Place. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.

Nov. 1

1:40 a.m. Passenger side and drivers side windows were broken out of and a GPS was stolen from a 2002 Chrysler Sebring in 1100 block of Riverside Drive. Damage was estimated at $700.

9:58 a.m. A window was broken out of and items including a stereo valued at $400 were taken from a 1993 GMC pickup in the 3400 block of E. Division Street.
