S-W businesswoman dies in crash

SEDRO-WOOLLEY — A well-known Sedro-Woolley businesswoman died in a car accident Friday night on Highway 9.

Allison D. Clark, 45, was driving a 2005 Ford Excursion near Bassett Road when she failed to negotiate a curve in the road and struck a tree, according to the State Patrol.

She died on impact, said Skagit County Coroner Daniel Dempsey.

Clark and her husband, Ed Clark, have owned Right Way Plumbing on Sunset Park Drive since 1989. Allison Clark was involved with the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce.
