SEDRO-WOOLLEY — Nicole Top and Steven Enter announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Sidney and Emma Top of Sedro-Woolley. Top earned an general education diploma from Skagit Valley College in 2004. She is employed by NW Gastroenterology in Bellingham.
The prospective groom is the son of Rudy and Mary Enter of Kitchener, Ontario. Enter graduated in 2005 from Conestoga College in Kitchener with a degree in mechanical engineering technology, robotics and automation.
The couple are planning a Sept. 20 wedding in Sedro-Woolley.
