Vote expected on S-W dog park

The City Council is scheduled to vote Wednesday on an ordinance that would allow dogs to romp without leashes at a proposed dog park.

Current city code requires that all dogs be leashed when in city parks.

The off-leash park, to be called the Sedro-Woolley Bark Park, would be fenced in and would likely be located at Bingham Park.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Sedro-Woolley Municipal Building, 325 Metcalf St.
