Benjamin Price will see a second psychological professional before a judge decides if he is competent enough to face a second-degree murder charge in Skagit County Superior Court.
Price was arrested in May after he led police to the body of his deceased girlfriend, Dawn Ruger. She was missing since December 2006 and found in a shallow grave in remote Whatcom County.
Price appeared before a judge Wednesday after an evaluation, but it was determined that he should see another local professional before a decision is made. Another competency hearing was set for 9 a.m. July 17.
