MOUNT VERNON — Within hours of being released from jail, a 23-year-old Concrete man reportedly exposed himself for a third time this year.

The man was hitchhiking from Mount Vernon to Concrete after being released from Skagit County Jail on Tuesday, when the victim picked him up for a ride, said Will Reichardt, chief criminal deputy for the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office.

He had been serving time after an arrest earlier this summer for another exposure, Reichardt said. The man was also arrested in February for exposing himself.

“They’re all very similar,” Reichardt said. “He pulls down his pants and tries to shock some woman.”

The man is being held on $500 bail for investigation of indecent exposure.
