MOUNT VERNON — Scott Lyon wants answers about his older brother’s death.
That’s why he stood Wednesday at the place on Memorial Highway where investigators believe 51-year-old Duane Lyon was fatally struck in a hit-and-run incident Saturday.
Scott said he can’t understand how someone could just drive away from the scene, leaving a critically injured person lying on the road. He wants to know what happened, how it happened and most of all, who did it.
“I think it would give everyone some closure just to know those basic answers,” he said.
