Bryan Alexander has been selected as the new Sedro-Woolley High School football coach, athletic director Todd Torgeson said Wednesday. His hiring must be approved by the Sedro-Woolley School Board before it becomes official.

Alexander served as the team's co-head coach along with Dan Teeter for one season in 2004. After that season, Doug Preston was hired and coached for three seasons before resigning to spend more time with his family.
