Goertzes celebrate 50 years

MOUNT VERNON — Phillip and Martha (Phil and Marty) Goertz celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, May 10, 2008.

The Goertzes’ children are Jeff Goertz of Mount Vernon, Ron and wife Carrie Goertz of Anchorage, Alaska, Trudy Goertz of Mount Vernon, and Steve and wife DeAnna Goertz of Shoreline.
The couple have eight grandchildren.

Phil and Marty Goertz were married May 10, 1958, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Cleveland, Ohio.
