Hoovers to celebrate 60th anniversary

CONCRETE — Wayne “Jack” and Barbara Hoover will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday, April 26, 2008.

The Hoovers’ children and their spouses are Lee and Maggi Hoover of Edmonds, Les and Becki Hoover of Concrete, and Larry Hoover of Concrete. The couple have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Barbara retired after 20 years as manager of the Concrete Liquor Agency and Jack served as Concrete’s town maintenance supervisor.

Wayne and Barbara Hoover were married April 26, 1948, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
