ANACORTES — Jennifer Nicole Mackey of Anacortes and Michael John Rorabaugh of Huntington Beach, Calif., announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Tammy Mackey of Anacortes. The groom-to-be is the son of Lori Rorabaugh and the late Tom Rorabaugh of Caldwell, Idaho.
Mackey graduated from Anacortes High School in 2002 and from Northwest Hair Academy in 2004. She is employed by Weight Watchers International in Anacortes.
Rorabaugh graduated in 1998 from Caldwell High School, in 2002 from Azusa Pacific University, and in 2008 with a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. He is employed by UCLA in Westwood, Calif.
The couple plan a July 5 wedding in Anacortes.
