Amy Michelle Zurcher of Anacortes and Bradley James Kulp of Sammamish announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Louis and Diane Zurcher of Anacortes. The groom-to-be is the son of Mark and Diane Kulp of Sammamish.

Zurcher is a 2003 graduate of Anacortes High School and a 2007 graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She works for the Skagit County Health Department as a registered nurse.

Kulp is a 2004 graduate of Skyline High School and will graduate in 2008 from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

The couple are planning an Oct. 4, 2008, wedding in Anacortes.
