GOD...here we go again with the RACE CARD...he will probably get life because he’s already done jail time on TWO OTHER FIRST DEGREE FELONIES!  WE have a 3 strikes law in this state.  Forget the race issues.  Those 2 “white trash scumbags” should have gotten life also (and in my opinion should be beaten within an inch of their lives every day in retribution)but there was a PLEA AGREEMENT.  That means that the WHITE public defender bargained with the (most likely) WHITE proscecutor and hammered out a deal.  That deal for those WHITE people was probably allowed to go through because that “white couple” had a much smaller criminal history WITHOUT gang affiliation.

I’m so sick and tired of people getting away with twice the crime because “they’re a minority” and their “less fortunate” and have “less opportunity.” They CHOSE to be a thug.  They CHOSE to commit the crime.  White, black, asian, mexican, pacific-islander, russian or tele-tubbie purple I want them OUT of my community because they are SCUM.

Manerva, I agree with your sentiments.  You aren’t looking at the ethnicity, you’re looking at the law and how it was broken.  I respect that.  Morena, I understand where you’re coming from, but you are misinterpreting the point Manerva is trying to make.  She included white people in that list of “scum/criminals” you know.  Minorty, majority, none of that matters when it comes to crime.  That is a personal choice.  I think we can all agree to that. :)
