Festival Headquarters is the Ocean Shores Convention Center. There are four venues, two at the Convention Center, the Shilo Inn and the Elks Club. The music schedule is Friday, 3:00pm til 11:00pm; Saturday, 11:00am til 11:00pm; Sunday, Gospel Service at 9:00am, festival music 11:00am til 4:00pm. New for Jazz at the Beach for 2009 is an After-Glow party. The After-Glow party will be in the beautiful Waves Restaurant, which sits atop the Best Western Lighthouse Suites Inn. There will be a special Jazz Buffet available and a no host bar. Music will start with the St. Louis Stompers and the West End of Chicago bands. Other festival band members will join them in what may become a wild and wonderful jam session! Admission to the party is only $5, space is limited.

Most Ocean Shores’ Hotels will be offering discounted stays for the weekend, be sure to ask for a jazz discount. A free shuttle, provided by the Quinault Beach Resort, will take festival-goers from venue to venue, so you can park and ride.
