As this is written on Wednesday, Feb. 17, it almost feels like a spring day in the Skagit Valley.

The forecast indicated that the rain is poised to return — not surprising — so for now, let’s revel in a few of the reader-submitted images that reflect the recent weather-related turmoil of sorts.
