CORRECTS the port's request to the city to suspend for five years a fee paid for road maintenance of the truck route.

During the last week in June, nine trucks made about 100 trips each day between ChemTrade Sulex in Mount Vernon and the Port of Anacortes marine terminal to deliver loads of tiny, bright yellow pellets called sulfur prills.
