Request for Proposals/Quotes Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Town of Concrete is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Wastewater System Management and Services and provide all management and operations of the town's wastewater treatment plant using a certified Group III Operator. The firm would be required to operate the facility in compliance with regulatory agency standards as described in the town's most current NPDES permit. Services needed would begin between June 1 and July 1, 2020, with full management beginning July 1, 2020. The experience of the firm with similar clients will be a major determining factor in the selection. Professional credentials will also be a major determinant in the selection process, along with a demonstrated understanding of the town's current NPDES permit and regulatory standards, ability to work as a team with other staff members when necessary, as well as other town needs. Proposals, including estimated costs for services, shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2020.
