Skagit County Commissioner Ken Dahlstedt did not qualify for the November election after results of the Aug. 4 primary were certified Tuesday.

After another 5,025 primary election ballots counted, no candidates changed positions in Skagit County races.

With early numbers in Tuesday, Skagit County Superior Court judge candidate Tom Seguine appears likely to make it to November’s general election ballot.
