MOUNT VERNON — The Skagit Valley College volleyball team continued to stack up the wins with a Northwest Athletic Conference victory over Olympic College on Wednesday.

The Cardinals swept the Rangers 25-12, 25-8, 25-13, improving to 2-1 in the North Region and 12-1 overall. Skagit is tied for second place with Edmonds behind 3-0 Whatcom.

Olivia Pratt led Skagit Valley with 13 kills and 10 digs. Maggie English and Mia Scheepens had eight kills apiece.

Libby Miller led the Cardinals in digs with 15.

Olympic is 0-2, 0-12.

BELLINGHAM — The Cardinals struggled to keep pace with the Orcas.

Aurelien Habasque scored Skagit's only goal in the ninth minute, tying the match at 1-1.

The Cardinals are 3-1-2 in the North Region and 3-2-2 overall. Whatcom is 6-0, 8-0.

BELLINGHAM — The Cardinals and Orcas played to a scoreless tie.

Goalie Cassie Mullin kept the sheet clean for the Cardinals, making 11 saves.

Skagit occupies second place in the North Region at 3-1-2 and is 4-2-2 overall. Whatcom is 2-2-2, 3-2-4.
