November 2, 1931 - September 16, 2020 Robert R Haug (Bob) passed away September 16, 2020 leaving us to join his wife Patti in the everafter. He was 88 years old, and died with his daughter by his side. Born in Waco, Texas November 2, 1931 to Myrtle and Walter Haug. Bob grew up on a pecan farm with his parents, sister Virginia and brother Walt. He later attended Texas A&M's Engineering program. Bob met and married Patricia June just before he shipped out with the Navy during the Korean War. He flew missions for 4 years and his crew was awarded medals for their acts of valor during war time. He loved the Northwest and Washington and never considered living anywhere else. One of Bob's favorite past times during retirement was flying RC planes with his friends. Bob is survived by his daughter Cyndee, son Kevin, his faithful dog Kipper, four grandchildren and two great-granddaughters who always brought a sparkle to his eye! We'll miss his mischievous smile and big heart! The immediate family will hold a private ceremony to spread he and Patti's ashes together in their beloved Skagit Valley.
