Kendra Joy Lehmann (Pemberton) 44 years old and born and raised resident of Anacortes, WA passed away in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday April 4th, 2021 after a long battle with addiction. She graduated from Anacortes High School in 1995, spent a year at Columbia Bible College and graduated from Mount Vernon Beauty School. She then went on to pursue a career in Cosmetology. Kendra was a "Joy" to all those around her. She loved and cared deeply for the people around her and always wanted to serve others. She leaves behind her parents Jim and Beth Pemberton, brother Joel Pemberton and wife Chantel, nephew Jeiven, nieces Malea and Finley and many other family and friends whom she loved dearly. We want to pass on our deepest appreciation to the many people and organizations who over the years, prayed for her and did all they could to help her. Specifically, Patty Cox, Christina Bowling, New Earth Recovery, The Oxford House, The Drug Court Program of Skagit County, Pioneer Center North and so many others.
