Jennifer Nicole Medved passed away on March 22, 2021. She was born February 15, 1974 to Rich Medved and Audrey Smith. She was welcomed by her 2-year-old sister Meredith Mae. Together the family made many wonderful memories. They so enjoyed family walks, road trips, sporting events and church activities. Jennifer attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School, Jefferson Elementary, LaVenture Middle School and Mount Vernon High School. She graduated with the class of 1992. She was an accomplished athlete. She played many sports. Her highlight was starting, her Junior and Senior year, for the basketball team. She was also a formidable poker player. On August 15, 1991, she gave birth to her son Ross. On December 28, 1992, she gave birth to her son Jordan. Jennifer worked in several restaurants. Quite often she worked her way to leadership positions. She was great working crowded restaurants, with everyone in the room feeling she was there just to serve them. The last two years of her life were a challenge for her. She had a wonderful support team. Jennifer was preceded in death by her dad Rich, sister Meredith, her grandparents Jake and June Medved and Helen and Roy Eerkes, her uncle Monty Eerkes, and her cousin Brian Blattman. She is survived by her mom and stepdad, Audrey and Lin Smith, sons Ross Medved (Caitlin) and Jordon Garcia (Christiana), her niece Audrey Medved, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
