May 8, 1942 - July 27, 2019 Letha Miller, 77, of Mount Vernon, passed away July 27 surrounded by family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, August 8 at 2:00pm at Central Valley Assembly of God in Burlington. Letha was born in Vanzant, Missouri and grew up mostly near Parma, Idaho, where she graduated high school. She graduated from Conqueror's Bible College in 1966. She married Albert Miller in 1967 and recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. She was a beloved wife and mother. She lived in several places in Canada, then in Caldwell, Idaho before moving to the Bellingham/Mount Vernon, Washington area in 1989. She is survived by her husband Albert Miller, her daughter Renea Miller, her son and daughter-in-law Walter and Heather Miller, and her granddaughters Katherine and Karissa. She is also survived by three brothers Dale, Don and Bob Bowlin. She was preceded in death by her sister Anna Louise Bowlin. Letha was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, serving her family, her church and others faithfully. She had over the years enjoyed serving as a minister's wife, teaching Sunday School and served for many years at the Gospel Mission in Vancouver, BC.
