I found Friday’s column, "What I found traveling for Christmas," by Cynthia Allen to be full of misinformation and dangerous opinion. While yes we do have to learn to live with COVID, calling it a rare inconvenience seems flippant and uncaring.

While she may not be too worried about COVID and think that the danger is over, it is definitely over for the 12 people that died of the disease Thursday in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas (New York Times). No more COVID problem for them.
